The effects of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria produced by Pseudomonas spand phosphate bio fertilizers produced by Pseudomonas putida strain P13 andPantuaagglomeranc strain P5 and chemical fertilizerson the rate of macro and micro elements in cucumber’s shoot, and yield of cucumberwere studied in a field experiment at Isfahan. A factorial split experiment based on randomized complete blocks design (RCBD) with three replications was followed in the study. Results indicated that biological and chemical phosphorus fertilizers had a significant influence on growth, yield and yield components of cucumber. The results showed that the maximum concentration of Zn was obtained by applying 75% chemical fertilizer + Pseudomonussp, maximum concentration of Fe was observed in control treatment and maximum concentration of P & N was obtained by applying 75% chemical fertilizer supplemented with bio fertilizer 2 (incubated with Pseudomonas putida strain P13 andpantuaagglomeranc strain P5) . Maximum yield was obtained by applying Pseudomonus sp.(The symbol of P represent chemical fertilizer by amount of respectively (0, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%), B1 shows plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (Pseudomonas sp) and B2 indicates bio fertilizer-2 (Pseudomonas putida strainP13 and Pantuaagglomeranc strain P5).
