The main aim of this study is examining the relation between the rate of using cybernetic pattern with organizational creativity in the general department Of physical Education In Esfahan. Methodology in present study, has been correlation type. The statistical society includes 221 people of staffs in this includes 121 people of staffs in this department In Esfahan. The questionnaire of Cybernetic Pattern by permanent coefficient 88% and the questionnaire for organizational creativity by permanent coefficient 85% were the tools for gleaning data. Analysing the data was done on two levels of descriptive statistics and inferencial statistics (T single variable test, pierson correlation coefficient and multiple regression test). A meaningful level P≤0/05 was considered. The findings showed the General department Of physical Education possess an efficient status in using Cybernetic Pattern to organize its activities and such situation is used more in the fields of supervision component ( with the average 3/9) in Cybernetic Pattern and organizational structure component ( with the average 3/5) for creativity. The results showed that there is multiple meaningful correlation between Cybernetic Pattern components and organizational creativity(R²=0/75).There is also a meaningful correlation among control components(B=0/8) ,hierarchical (B= 0/2) and leadership (B=0/1) and organizational Creativity.
