The key elements to run a particular organization lie in the effectiveness of soft skills mainly of communication skills, team work and professionalism among employees which reflects their performance. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness and correlation of these skills among several departments. The importance of knowing the quality of these elements in any organization is to mark the standardized criterion of the managerial flow. Aspects of communication skills, team work and professionalism play vital roles in determining the efficacy of the duties among employees and this will affect the productivity of the pharmaceutical products through their performance. The study was conducted in a pharmaceutical industry by using convenience sampling method. Qualitative questionnaire assessed by 5 point Likert scale was distributed to 100 employees. Correlation test showed strong positive correlation between the tested aspects.
