Based on studies results Back School Programs is an effective method for changing the level of workers' knowledge. The purpose of this study was surveying the effect of Back School Programs on the degree of low back pain and alterations in spine curvature. In this research we chose workers from IRANKHODRO Company of three different working conditions (N= 300) with mean age of 31±6.6 years. First, the subjects' Lumbar Lordosis, Thoracic Kyphosis and degree of low back pain were measured, then they were divided into control and experimental groups and Back School Programs were executed among the experimental group. The independent and paired t tests were applied for statistical analysis of the data. The results of paired t test indicated that the experimental group which received the Back School Programs experienced no meaningful change in their Lumbar Lordosis (p=0.627), Thoracic Kyphosis (p=0.517) and the degree of low back pain (p=0.399), and the values were almost the same as their pretest ones. According to the results of this research, it is concluded that working conditions actually affect workers' Lumbar Lordosis, Thoracic Kyphosis and Low Back Pain and the Back School Programs are among the best programs for maintenance of the optimal posture at working conditions.
