A newly synthesized biologically active ligands 1-(2-hydroxylphenyl)-3-(4-t-butylphenyl) propane-1, 3-dione and their solid metal complexes under ultrasound irradiation methods at low temperature. The different instrumental technique of the analysis of metal ions was determined by infrared spectra, UV-Vis, 1H-NMR spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility in the aim to establish the complex structure. The biological activity of the ligand and their metal complexes compound was identified in solid technique by measuring minimum inhibition diameter zone of antibacterial and antifungal activity such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus substilis species and antifungal activity Aspergillus Niger, Fusarium Oxysporum species at the same concentration 250 ppm and 500 ppm. The Ni (II) and Cu (II) complexes shows that good antioxidants capacity in terms of ascorbic acid.
