The aim of the present study was the relationship between organizational justice and social capital of the Department of sports and youth of West Azerbaijan province. The study of correlation that has been done to the field. For data collection and Paya and Ravaquestionnaire (α =0.85) was used. The statistical population consists of all of the research staff at the Department's sports and youth of West Azerbaijan province number of 60 people. The statistical sample is equal to the statistical community was considered. For the analysis of descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, etc.) and inferential statistics (Spearman correlation coefficient, etc.). The results of the findings revealed that the relationship between organizational justice and meaningful and positive social capital. The results also showed that between procedural and distributive justice and there is no significant relationship with social capital but an interaction between justice and social relationship capital and positive meaning (p<0/5, r=0/302).As well as the results of the findings revealed that the structural social capital between the next component as well as the social capital component there is a relationship with individual organizational justice. but between cognitive social capital the next component and a component of the collective social capital with organizational justice, there is no significant relationship
