Abstract

Recent advances in bioactive pyrazole scaffold Ã?¢Ã?â?¬Ã?â?? Part III: Anti-cancer Agents

Author(s): Reshma J. Nevagi

Cancer is considered as a dangerous disease all over the world. Although different types of treatments available, chemotherapy is still considered as a favoured treatment for the cancer. Pyrazole scaffold has received tremendous attention from the researchers due to the presence of diverse pharmacological activities. Ruxolitinib and Crizotinib are well known pyrazole containing clinically approved anticancer agents. In a continuation of our review series on biological activities of pyrazole derivatives, in this review we have focused on the study of pyrazole derivatives as anticancer agents.
