Inflammation plays an important role in different pathological conditions. Many drugs are available in the market to alleviate the pain and inflammation. Pyrazole derivatives are well known for their diverse biological profile. A clinically approved drug Celecoxib (containing pyrazole scaffold), is very well known anti-inflammatory agent. In continuation of the review series on bioactive pyrazole scaffold, this second part is focused to report the recent studies of pyrazole derivatives as anti-inflammatory agents.
