Periwinkle as a local content materials was subjected to experimental process to be applied as a filler in pavement design and construction, the study was to determine the level of performances on designed life expectancy, lots of several concept has been applied, thorough studies of this local content has not been given serious attention, therefore the study express several experimental concept applied that has generate several values, these result generated model equation, the expressed mathematical equation were resolved to generate theoretical values for prediction, these values were compared to express the validation of the model, these values produces a favourable fits, the performances of the these local material with hot mix asphalt pavement has definitely proof its stability to withstand heavy traffic loads. Experts will definitely apply this local content material in design of flexible pavement that will meet its life expectancy.
