An organic coffee is produced and made without using synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. Farms must use only organic fertilizers. These can be chicken manure, coffee pulp, bocachi, or compost in general. Fertilizers such as nitrogen, and potash cannot be used in organic coffee.

Then there is the matter of time. In organic  farming, only natural fertilizers and pesticides are used, so no chemicals are introduced to the plants during the cultivation process. To prevent soil erosion, to deplete soil nutrients, and to naturally control pests, it is necessary to plan a crop rotation plan.
