The present study some new 1, 2, 3 benzotriazole derivatives were synthesized under conventional, microwave, ultrasonication according to scheme. All the products were tested for purity by tlc and characterized by elemental analysis (for carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen), IR, 1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR and mass spectral studies.
