The research has been performed to investigate the phenology and cultivation of “Kelussia odoratissima Mozff” in the period of 2008 to 2010. Kelussia is an endemic plant in Iran has which is extensively used by the local residents so that the most growth area of the plant have been destroyed and limited to Delafrooz Mountain in Dishmook region in the Province, Iran. This research, using scientific resources and GPS device obtained the geographic characteristics of the region such as latitude, longitude, height, direction and slope and the plant distribution map. Seeds of the plant were collected from growth place in the summer 2008 and then cultivated and established in autumn 2008 using decayed animal manure. Different stages of phenology of the plant, going biweekly to the above mentioned natural region, were registered. The Results show that the Kelussia plant mostly grows on the slope of 25-75% on the sides of Delafrooz Mountain in Dishmook region in different directions with homogenous density. In the farm, Kelussia germinates in the last week of March, begins its palmate state and gets a few leaves in the first week of April and continues to grow until the second week of June. At this time, the plant growth is completed in the first year and is withered at that year. The results of pedological study shows that the amount of the elements Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn are respectively 18.96 ppm, 0.82 ppm, 1.86 ppm, 23.48 ppm. The type of soil texture is Si-Cl. The research concluded that the plants can growth up in the soil texture of Si-Cl in cold areas of Province. In respect to phenology, there is not any significant different between cultured plants in the farm and the growth areas plants in the Province.
