Lannea coromandelica L. commonly known as Indian Ash tree, moya, wodeer, mohin, gudau belongs to Anacardiaceae family. In present investigation histopathological and histochemical studies on Lannea coromandlica L. leaf galls were done. Localization of accumulated starch, cellulose, proteins, lipids, lignins and tannins were studied under stereoscopic zoom microscope. Acid phoshatase, Peroxidase activity, Polyphenol oxidase activities were also done to study the effect on leaf tissue.
