Ammonium Nickel Sulphate successfully grown by simple gel technique. Then these grown crystals were characterized by XRD, IR and Thermal analysis. XRD reveals that the lattice parameters of the gel grown crystals are mostly matching with the JCPDS data of the Ammonium Nickel Sulphate. IR confirms sulphate group present in the grown crystals. While the thermal analysis indicates that there are six water molecules present in the Ammonium Nickel Sulphate.
