Four flavonoids derivatives namely, 5,7,3’-trihydroxy-4’-methoxyflavanone (1), 5-hydroxy 6,7,4’-trimethoxyflavone (2), 4',5,7-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone (3) and 5,7-dihydroxy-3’,4’-dimethoxyisoflavone (4) were isolated from the antibacterial extract of the medicinal plant Moricandia arvensis (Brassicaceae) used in traditional ethnopharmacopeae of Algerian Sahara.
