Factor analysis of satisfaction in Water User Associations (WUAs) members in Iran

One of the Iran problems is facing a shortage of freshwater resources. That much of the resources used in agriculture, water demand management in this sector is most important strategies for dealing with limitations of water resources. Water User Associations is possible water resources management in agricultural sector. For Water User Associations developing Satisfaction of the community and audience is essential. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the satisfaction of Water User Associations members in Khuzestan province in Iran. This research paradigm is quantitative and this study is descriptive and applicatory. Statistical population included 1500 membership of water User Associations in Ramshir Irrigation Network of Khuzestan province, of which 150 memberships were selected by random sampling. Questionnaire was the data collection instrument, which its validity and reliability were proved using a panel of experts and Cornbach's alpha coefficient (0.77) respectively. The results showed that members satisfaction of the organization, How information, Villagers' participation during work time for projects And schedule for implementing the operation is high. Factors influencing in members satisfaction of Water User Associations is technical factor (24.66%) as the principles of technical experts in the projects, utility rates and the level of technical expertise of the experts monitoring implementation of projects, Operating partnership (18.63%) as a reward to individuals leading active and in work, relationships with other operators, involving you in decision making, participation of villagers during, Operating plan (10.42%) as a suitable duration of projects, suitable location and accommodation, suitability organizing, Awareness factor (7.46 %), such as how to inform, to provide adequate technical training and practical training being offered and Operating results (5.76 %) as a result of the probable loss of facilities
