Many studies in humans and animals have shown that adhesion between cells, and the cells and proteins of the adhesive molecules caused in health and disease is important. Today, a significant positive correlation between plasma concentration factor, ICAM-1, vascular inflammation and obesity, particularly central obesity and blood triglycerides, and negatively with HDL-C concentrations in plasma, has been identified. American College of Sports Medicine and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, in the same report at least 30 minutes of moderateintensity physical activity, preferably all, days of the week is recommended for good health.
