Mucoromycosis is a common term that used to different clinical manifestation and caused by fungi of order Mucorales. Always aggressive forms of infection manifest in immunocompromised patient and several organs can be infected .An immunocompromised patient is reported with a progressing, painful non-traumatic ulceration and responsive to standard treatment.
