Balanced application of micro and macro nutrition’s had important effects on production enhancement and seed enrichment. To consider interaction effects of Ferrous (Fe), Zinc (Zn) and Manganese (Mn) on qualitative and quantitative yield of 2 wheat varieties an experiment was done in Sistan agriculture and natural resource researches center in 2010 – 2011 agronomy year in complete accidental block in 4 repetitions. Varieties were main factors and fertilizer was subsidiary factor. Main factor included: Sistan variety (V1) and Hirmand variety (V2) and subsidiary factor included: 1- Zinc sulfate (F1), 2- Ferrous sulfate (F2), 3- Manganese sulfate (F3), 4- Ferrous sulfate + Zinc sulfate (F4), 5- Zn + Manganese sulfate (F5), 6- Ferrous sulfate + Manganese sulfate (F6), 7- Ferrous sulfate + Manganese sulfate + Zinc sulfate (F7) and Control (F8). In these treatments Fe and Mn had 2 by 1000 concentrations and Zn 5 by 1000 concentration and spraying was done in 2 stages (heading, pollination). After required measurements on under consideration characteristics, variance analysis table and results of means comparison showed that protein and Nitrogen (N) percentage of seed under fertilizer treatments effects on 2 varieties were significant in 1% of probable level. The highest seed protein percentage was related to V1F1 and the lowest were related to V2F8 and V2F1. The most concentration of Fe in seed was related to V1F2 and the least concentrations were V2F8 and V2F7. Zn and Mn concentrations in 2 seeds of 2 varieties had significant differences. Micro and macro elements concentrations in stem of varieties were significant in 1% of probable level under the effect of fertilizers treatment.
