Adiponectin is one of these proteins that to secrete exclusively from fat tissue that regulate glucose and lipid metabolism and involve in vascular function. Adiponectin level in obese people, is lower than thin people that Increases the risk of diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes and atherosclerosis. At the same time, other Adipocytokin are increased such as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) during obesity.Concentration of adiponectin and leptin may increase the risk of hypertension. Adiponectin will play a role in biological activities including pathophysiology of pregnant women. Because the disease of obesity in pregnant women threat mother and fetus healthy (if was correlation between adiponectin level and obesity disease in pregnant women),it is required to use the therapeutic effect of adiponectin to reduce these complications. This clinical test was performed on 111 women, including two groups. They were include 64 pregnancy women and 47 women controls .serumadiponectin levels was evaluated in both groups in terms of the same age range (18-35 years) and sampling time (morning). 2-5 cc of blood samples of these individuals were evaluated by adiponectin ELISA kit. We measured their weight and tallness and endly BMI. Serum adiponectin level has inverse relationship with BMI in pregnant. Namely reduce of adiponectin is increasing BMI because adiponectin is involved in regulating of lipid metabolism. BMI increases With decreased of adiponectin, because mother and fetus need to very fat tissue. "BMI>26" Increases the risk.
