“Shahnameh” is an epic long poem written by Abu ʾl-Qasim Ferdowsi Tusi. It contains 50.000 quatrain poetical verses, and its rhythm has octagon convergent form: this is a special rhythm in metrics. It is one of the prevailing epic works in the world and has been written for thirty years.
