This research was performed in order to study effects of biological fertilizer of Nitroxin and EDTA chelate on some specifications of Mexican Safflower (Mec. 26). Research was carried out as factorial based on completely randomized blocks design with 3 replication. The factors to be tested included biological fertilizer consumption of Nitroxin in 3 levels (1 lit. consumption in hectare as seed treatment and 4 lit in hectare as top dreesing and control), (consumption rate in each method according to the advice of fertilizer producer), and factor of EDTA consumption in 3 levels (0, 20 and 40 g/m2). The results showed that the Nitroxin biological fertilizer has positive and significant effect on grain yield, dry weight of shrub, number of leaves in shrub, remobilization, weight of thousand grain, harvest index and concentration of nitrogen. Also, EDTA showed significant effect on number of leaves on shrub and not on other specifications studied.
